Book a parking suspension, dispensation and skip licence online
This service allows you to apply for: 1. a skip licence, 2. make an online booking to suspend a parking bay or 3. receive a dispensation for a single yellow line.
Important Information
Suspended bays and dispensations are solely for the activities for which they were booked.

| Suspensions | £38 per day per bay | A suspension is usually granted from 8:30 until 17:30. Longer suspensions can be granted on application. |
| Dispensations | £38 per day per vehicle | A dispensation is valid for 24 hours. |
| Skip Licence | £78 | A skip licence is valid for 3 months. |
You will not be able to use this service if you wish to make large scale or long term (i.e. over three months) applications. This booking service is for small scale bookings (for example, a domestic move) which do not cover several streets.
Bookings for weddings and funerals should be limited to a period of 1 day.
For large scale or long term applications of more than two skips, 3 bays and/or 90 days, or if you require further information contact the Suspensions Team on 020 7641 6850 (option 4 then option 1) or Permissions Team (for dispensations) on 020 7641 4646.
Before your application is confirmed we will need to assess it to ensure that the details are correct and that the activities will not impede traffic flow in the area.
Once we have confirmed that your application is satisfactory we will send you a link to take payment.
